How can I be sure my donation is being used properly?

We keep everything open. After your donation is approved, we post updates on our social media and blog page showing exactly where the money is being used. This way you can always track how your contribution is helping.

Will I receive a receipt for my donation?

You won’t get a formal receipt, but you will receive a confirmation email. You can also see your name and donation amount listed on our donors page.

Can I make a donation in someone else's name?

Yes, you can. While filling the donation form, just enter their name and email instead of yours. Once the donation is approved, their name will appear on our donors page and they’ll receive the confirmation email as well.

How much of my donation goes to programs?

90% of your donation goes directly to the genuine on-ground workers and the programs they run. The remaining 10% is used for essential administration and team expenses so we can keep everything running smoothly and responsibly.
